This spring from February 17 - March 28, will be the largest, most widespread coordinated pro-life outreach ever, 40 Days for Life! 

According to David Bereit, 40 Days for Life's national director, there are some very encouraging statistics to report since this movement started just over two years ago:

* 678 unique local 40 Days for Life campaigns
* 282 cities in all 50 states and multiple other countries
* 300,000+ participants
* 9,500+ church congregations involved
* 650+ news stories
* 2,168 lives confirmed saved
* 27 abortion workers quit
* 5 abortion facilities closed

We are praying that, with God's help, this groundbreaking effort will mark the beginning of the end of abortion in our city -- and throughout America.

Take a stand for life

While all aspects of 40 Days for Life are crucial in our effort to end abortion, the most visible component is the peaceful prayer vigil outside the local abortion (or Planned Parenthood) facility.

Be aware of Colorado's Bubble Law:

Revised CODE 5-3-10:
No person shall knowingly obstruct, detain, hinder, impede, or block another person's entry to or exit from a health care facility.

No person shall knowingly approach another person within 8ft of such person, unless such other person consents, for the purpose of passing a leaflet or handbill to, displaying a sign to, or engaging in oral protest, education, or counseling with such other person in the public way or sidewalk area within a radius of 100ft from any entrance door to a healthcare facility.
