40 Days for Life's mission
is to bring together
the body of Christ in a spirit of unity
during a focused 40-day campaign of prayer and fasting
with the purpose of repentance.
Let us seek God's favor to turn hearts and minds
from a culture of death to a culture of life,
thus bringing an end to abortion in America.

During our Fall Campaign
135,000 participants supported the sanctity of life from 301cities;
732 lives spared from abortion; 8 abortion workers quit
and the 19th abortion mill closed!
We need you to help continue the momentum built during the Fall 2011 campaign. Good things are happening around the country because of the peaceful public witness at the places of despair and evil which are the abortion mills. If you normally pray throughout the year at the Planned Parenthood affiliate closest to your home, we invite you to come together at the Auburn Avenue Planned Parenthood location under which the affiliates in this part of southwestern Ohio operate and where surgical abortions are performed on women from the entire tri-state area. After eight local campaigns, let us join together and put our efforts into covering the Auburn Avenue Planned Parenthood; with a continuous and intense 40-day period of sacrificial prayer during the Lenten Season.
Let us embrace this opportunity
to show the Greater Cincinnati and tri-state area that
we put all our trust in God and humbly ask Him to show us how we are to carry out the pro-life missions to which we've been called.
40 Days for Life spring campaign is near, pass it on
and spread the good news! As we come together nationwide, in our community, our churches, our prayer groups, our schools, our neighborhoods, and outside the abortion mills ~ hearts will be changed and lives will be saved!
Ask your pastor to support your parish's involvement in 40 Days for Life; all sorts of information is available to help you carry the message to your parish. Bulletin announcements, flyers, a tri-fold table display, DVD's with inspirational speeches by members of the national 40 Days for Life team and an interview on EWTN's "Life on the Rock" TV show with Shawn Carney are some of the aids you can use. I'll be glad to join you in meeting with your pastor.

Directions
From I-71 North:
Take I-71 S and exit at Taft Rd. (Exit 3). Wm. Howard Taft Road is a one way street. After going through the traffic light at the end of the ramp (White Castle Hamburgers will be on your right), stay in the second lane from the left. At the third traffic light (approximately .6 mile) is Auburn Avenue. Turn left and immediately get in the right lane. Pass through the next traffic light (cross street is McMillan Street) and continue on Auburn Avenue for approximately .3 mile. Planned Parenthood is on the left (Marked as "B" on map).
PARKING: You may park on the streets surrounding Planned Parenthood or at Holy Name Church, 2448 Auburn Avenue (marked near "A" on map - about two blocks from Planned Parenthood on the same side of the street), which is almost immediately after you cross over McMillian Street in directions above. The parking lot driveway is on the right side of the Church.
From I-71 South:
Take I-71 N and exit at Reading Rd/US-42 N/Florence Ave (Exit 2) on the left. Keep left at the fork in the ramp. Turn slight right onto Reading Rd/US-42 N. Turn left at traffic light onto William Howard Taft Road (a one-way street) and stay in the second lane from the left. At the second traffic light is Auburn Avenue. Continue from this point with directions above "From North."

We need your help to witness to the community and those entering Planned Parenthood that abortion is not the answer. Please sign up to join us. If you would like to register an organization or church group or if you have any problems signing up for specific vigil hours, let us know at the email address or phone number below.
When you register at the "Vigil Schedule" link, we will send you a weekly email update of our local campaign and occasionally a notice of a special 40 Days event. Please also agree to the Statement of Peace when you register.
