Dover is participating for the eighth time in the 40 Days for Life campaign. The spring’s event will be the largest ever. 251 cities world wide are participating during the forthcoming February 22nd thru April 1 event.

The Fall 40 Days for Life campaign in Dover is inviting local church groups and organizations to adopt one day of the week, each week throughout the 40 Days. On this day their membership is to be present in prayer/vigil at the Planned Parenthood, 805 S. Governors Avenue throughout the entire business day from 7 AM to 7 PM.

40 Days for Life is a focused pro-life effort that consists of:

40 days of prayer and fasting
40 days of peaceful vigil
40 days of community outreach

We are praying that, with God's help, this groundbreaking effort will mark the beginning of the end of abortion in our city -- and throughout America.
