I Stand, But I Don't See Any Saves

First Coast Women's Services, February 11, 2011 - We just had  client come in this morning who was schedule to go to an abortion clinic today at 1:30 for an abortion.  She performed two home tests, one was positive and one was negative.  She came into our PRC for a free pregnancy test to find out for sure (and thank our Lord her test was negative).

The part that has to do with you and the 40 days group is this:  This client had come into the center in 2009 and was pregnant.  We shared fetal development, risks of abortion, and performed an ultrasound.  She said her intent was to carry and parent and that she would never have an abortion.  But today when she talked with a peer counselor, she shared that after she left our center that day in 2009, she actually went to an abortion clinic to have an abortion, but something happened that changed her mind.  She said there were people were praying in front of the clinic.  She said she just couldn't go in and have an abortion b/c of that.  Her child is now 7 months old.  This child probably would not be here if not for those faithful prayer warriors making a stand for life.

What a wonderful testimony of what God is doing in the fight to protect life.  He is using PRC's, people participating in prayer vigils, people with law degrees fighting the bad laws, people who are gifted at undercover video taping, people who have changed sides and are willing to share their stories, and many others to fight the enemy.  We ARE an army.  The ARMY of GOD.

Thank you and all your staff and volunteers for what you are doing.  Please share this good news with them.  They need to know their efforts do make a difference.
