The 2010 "40 Days For Life" Niagara Falls Campaign kicks off with it's traditional Candlelight Prayer Virgil on  February 17th in front of the Planned Parenthood facility at 6951 Williams Rd, Niagara Falls, NY from 6:30 pm until 7:30 pm. Get Map

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

  1. Pray specifically for the 2010 Spring Campaign to be a time of peaceful prayer and fasting. Let your request be made known unto God that He will change the hearts of these abortionists and that they will come towards His light that they may see, and know, and understand Jesus Christ and that our work in the Lord in not in vain and that there is profit when His will is being obeyed. Also that this IS the ending year for legal abortions at this facility.
  2. Register on this website for participation in the Campaign and to commit one or two hours of your time on either Friday or Saturday from February 17th through March 28th to be a witness at the Planned Parent hood facility in prayer and fasting for the success of this community prayer effort.
  3. Tell others, and invite them to join you and many others in our community who are making a stand for Life

Perhaps you will want to join our Organizing Team and assist in the Coordination of Prayer Vigil times; or help in coordinating the Events to be held during the Campaign including our pre and post Celebration Gatherings or you may want to participate in our NEW Outreach initiative programs....which simply means letting others know about the 40daysforLife Campaign in our local community!

We're gearing up for the largest spring 40 Days for Life campaign yet!

From February 17 through March 28, teams in 162 cities from coast to coast in the United States – as well as locations in Canada, Australia and Northern Ireland – will take part in this mission.

What 40 Days for Life has witnessed (so far)

There have now been four coordinated 40 Days for Life campaigns. In the fall of 2007, the spring of 2008, the fall of 2008 and the spring of 2009, these efforts have mobilized people of faith and conscience in 240 cities across all 50 of the United States, five Canadian provinces, plus locations in Northern Ireland and Australia.

During these unified efforts, participants witnessed countless blessings from God:

  • Over 200,000 have joined together in an historic display of unity to pray and fast for an end to abortion
  • More than 70,000 people have taken to the streets, forming peaceful 40-day prayer vigils outside of Planned Parenthood centers and abortion facilities
  • Reports document 1,561 lives that have been spared from abortion and those are just the ones we know about
  • Eighteen abortion workers have quit their jobs and walked away from the abortion industry
  • Three abortion facilities completely shut down following local 40 Days for Life campaigns
  • Hundreds of women and men have been spared from the tragic effects of abortion, including a lifetime of regrets
  • More than 400 news stories have been featured in newspapers, magazines, radio shows and TV programs from coast to coast ... and overseas
  • Many people with past abortion experiences have stepped forward to begin post-abortion healing and recovery
After so many years of legalized abortion, many people of faith are experiencing a renewed sense of HOPE!

While all aspects of 40 Days for Life are crucial in our effort to end abortion,
the most visible component is the peaceful prayer vigil outside the local
abortion (or Planned Parenthood) facility.
