YOU can help save lives!

This spring, from February 6 - March 16, our community will be one of 59 cities in 31 states joining together for one of the largest simultaneous pro-life mobilizations in history -- the national 40 Days for Life campaign.

In Portland, on the 40th day of the 40 Days for Life Campaign there will be a;
SPRING LIFE CHAIN
When: Sunday, March 16 from 2-4pm
Where: NE Beech and MLK Jr Blvd (the site of Planned Parenthood's proposed new Headquarters and STATE-OF-THE-ART Abortion clinic)
This will be similar to last November's Life Chain where almost 400 prolifers participated. Please try to arrive between 2-2:30 to get your sign & be assigned a location. (This Life Chain will be concentrated closer to the Beech St. site & not extend several miles down MLK.) 
 
Also, there will be TWO SPECIAL VIGILS leading up to the Life Chain.
 
1. Fri, March 14, from 2 to 4 pm. At the Beaverton Planned Parenthood, 12220 SW 1st St, Beaverton (by the Post Office)
 
2. Sat, March 15, from 2 to 4 pm. At Planned Parenthood's current headquarters & abortion clinic,  3132 SE 50th Ave, (3 blocks north of Powell),
 
Both of these vigils are in support of weekly 40 Days for Life prayer vigils that have been taking place at each location.

While all aspects of 40 Days for Life are crucial in our effort to end abortion, the most visible component is the peaceful prayer vigil outside the local abortion (or Planned Parenthood) facility.

You can help make a life-saving impact by joining our local vigils at:

*The site of Planned Parenthood's Proposed New Abortion Clinic & Headquarters at NE Beech & MLK Blvd, Portland

*The Planned Parenthood at NE 15th & Freemont, Portland

*The current Planned Parenthood Headquarters at 3231 SE 50th Ave (3 blocks north of Powell Blvd).
