Spring 2012, 40 Days for Life campaign -- Portland, Oregon

Campaign Dates:
Wednesday, February 22nd to Sunday, April 1st, 2012.
 
Join us this Spring for an international 40-day campaign of prayer, fasting, and peaceful prayer vigil outside a local abortion facility. People of all  faiths are coming together to pray and fast for an end to  abortion.

Where 40 Days for Life campaigns have taken place, unborn lives have been saved (5,045 babies so far, that we know of), abortion mills have closed (19 so far), women and men have found healing from abortion experiences, and people who have worked for abortion mills (61 so far), have walked off of their jobs!    "40 Days for Life" gets results!

The program consists of:
* 40 days of prayer and fasting
* 40 days of peaceful vigil 
* 40 days of community outreach

We are praying that, with God's help, this ground-breaking effort will mark the beginning of the end of abortion in Portland, Oregon, and throughout America!

While all aspects of 40 DFL are important in our effort to end abortion, the most visible component is the peaceful prayer vigil outside the local abortion facility.

We hope to have two or more people at this site, seven days a week, from 9 to 6. Call us. We want to FILL the vigil schedule.
