In union with Life Chains being held nationwide, the 40 Days for Life Reno Tahoe campaign is encouraging all of good faith to join us as we Pray to End abortion.
Churches are encouraged to order their signs by Friday Sept 18, which you will receive in time for you to distribute to members of you congregation on the day of the event. If you have not ordered signs, we would still like you to encourage your congregants to join us.

Thanks to those who Joined us to hold one of the following signs:
- Abortion Hurts Women
- Abortion Kills Children
- Jesus Forgives and Heals
- Adoption: The Loving Option
- Life: The First Inalienable Right
- Lord Forgive Us and Our Nation
as we stood along Airway Rd, giving witness to the Truth that abortion hurts women and children.
With this family event, we are joining Life Chains around the nation that have been standing up for life during the month of October.
As with all 40 Days for Life activities, this was a peaceful, prayerful, lawful event.
The Abortionist's Signs...
It's hard to remember back to before we began doing this and the abortion site didn't have the following signs:
God allows us to choose eternal life or eternal death. What choice are you making?
And this one:
My response to this sign has always been that little does Dr. Stutes know but my feeling regarding him, rather than judging him, is "There but for the Grace of God go I." At the same time, it is possible to judge the behavor, the act of committing an abortion, even if we do not presume to judge the state of his soul. We certainly pray that he comes to a realization that abortion ends the life of an innocent child. It is truly a dead-end choice for all involved.
And these signs have made it readily evident what occurs inside the previously hidden abortion site, helping to bring more people to pray, even unconsciously as they pass and realize that this is the site where abortions are done.
