Kick-Off Event for 40 Days for Life!
Join us Wednesday, February 17.
There will be a video and presentation by Rachel's Vineyard (a ministry of post-abortion healing) at 2:00 pm, in the chapel at St. Stephen the Martyr Church. Afterwards, at 3:30, there will be a prayer vigil at the Cedar River abortion center at 4300 Talbot Rd S. in Renton. Bring your sign, warm clothes, and a friend!
Spring 2010 40 Days for Life -- Renton
Join us this spring for a national 40-day campaign of prayer, fasting, and peaceful prayer vigil outside local abortion facilities. Thousands of people of faith are coming together this spring for this effort of prayer and fasting to end abortion, and heal its wounds. We need you!

Who Can Participate?
We invite everyone to join us in this great effort for the cause of life! We welcome and encourage individuals, churches, schools, groups, organizations, and such, to be a part of this. We are strongest when we are united! Please feel encouraged to invite your community, family, friends, and neighbors to participate. Use the contact info at the bottom of this page to request any resources such as posters, flyers, information, etc. We will be happy to get them to you.
40-Day Prayer Vigil
One very important aspect of 40 Days for Life is the constant prayerful vigil at the local abortion facility. We invite people to commit to a little time there each week during the 40 Days, like one hour a week for instance, and thus to be a living and prayerful witness to the sanctity of human life. Our vigil will be focused at the Cedar River abortion center in Renton, on Talbot Rd. S., and will take place from 7 am - 5 pm, Monday through Saturday. You can choose any day and time that works best for you.
