Although our spring"40 Days for Life" has ended, the need to be present in front of these killing places in our community continues.  We are there to offer women anything they might need so that they are better able to CHOOSE LIFE for their unborn child. We are very thankful for the lives that have been saved and for the women who have been spared the life-long pain of abortion due to the prayerful presence of over 1,500 people from over 50 local churches!

See the latest from Film-maker Kenny McCann, as he conveys the spirit, prayers, and blessings in this Trailer for his upcoming "40 Days for Life" documentary http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J8dkI9fkP4Q&feature=email

Please join us in prayer in front of our area's largest abortion facility, Planned Parenthood, at 29th and B Street, downtown Sacramento, every Tuesday and Friday from 8:00 am to noon for this very compassionate ministry, offering loving assistance to women so that they are better able to choose LIFE for their unborn child.

Here is an example of the blessings you can experience:

Young, unmarried, and unemployed, Amber and Hector came to Planned Parenthood for an abortion last summer. During the pre-abortion ultrasound, Planned Parenthood staff told Amber that "it" was "nothing", just a "blob of tissue", but somehow Amber was sure she saw a baby hand on the ultrasound.

Hector and Amber came outside the abortion building before going through with the "procedure". Very thankfully, Raul and Elizabeth were there, praying at the sidewalk, ready to help. Raul spoke to them about the facts of fetal development and they were amazed, since they hadn't been given this information inside. Elizabeth offered the young couple a ride to the Sacramento Life Center where they could receive more assistance and information. In answer to prayer, Hector and Amber changed their mind last summer and today we found out baby Isabella was born, weighing over 10 pounds!!

"Helpers of God's Precious Infants" Ministry website

Members of the pro-life community provided a home for Hector, while Amber was still living with her family, and Hector was also given a good job to help support his young family.

Please continue to pray for this young family and others just like them who are facing the same "choice" at our area's largest abortion facility, Planned Parenthood, located at 29th and B Streets, downtown Sacramento.

This is a peaceful and compassionate ministry intended to help women choose Life for their unborn child by providing her with loving assistance.

Prayer is the foundation
of all that we do.

We believe women deserve to know the truth so that they can make a truly informed decision that can be both life-ending and life-changing.

Therefore, we offer women basic biological facts on fetal development such as the baby's heart begins beating by 21 days and by the time most abortions take place, the baby's arms, legs, ears, eyes, fingers, etc are already formed. "It" is very definitely a human life, just very small in size.

Secondly, we truly care about women and believe women facing an unplanned pregnancy deserve better than abortion. We are there to provide them with loving assistance so that they are better able to choose Life for their unborn child. Whatever they need, we will do everything we can to help provide... a place to stay, assistance with job search, transportation, childcare, counseling, etc. Many resources already exist in our community, but most people going in for abortion are unaware of all the assistance that is available.

As demonstrated here with Hector and Amber, many women change their mind when provided the Truth and offered loving support.

We also offer women resources for post-abortion counseling, loving them on the way into the clinic and also on the way out. Few women actually desire an abortion, but feelings of fear, desperation, and hopelessness can make a woman feel that ending the life of her unborn child is her only option. We are there to compassionately provide her with BETTER choices, better alternatives, so that hope and love replace despair and desperation. There is no judgment, nor condemnation in this ministry, but only empathy and compassion. Many women are now speaking up about their abortion and the life-long regrets they have experienced, through organizations such as Silent No More.

Won't you join us for this important prayerful, peaceful and loving ministry to women? Please contact Wynette at (916) 955-1577 for more information and to get your church involved.
