HOME: Welcome to 40 Days for Life
Day 36 Prayer is required in the pro-life movement. If we just run out the door to try to save the world, we're only going to make it about 10 minutes. Abortion is overwhelming; but when we have prayer, and not ourselves, as the foundation ... our faith in Christ really can move mountains. When we ask people if they've experienced spiritual growth through their participation in 40 Days for life, the answer is an overwhelming “YES!” Day 28 FOR LIFE AND LIBERTY David Bereit was interviewed by Kathryn Jean Lopez, who serves as editor-at-large of National Review Online. "When it comes to ending abortion," David said in the interview, "we recognize that 'with man this is impossible, but with God, all things are possible.' We ask God, the author of life, to change hearts and Day 27 National Campaign Update ... 341 babies saved from abortion! Day 24 Campaign Update Bob Dodick, Co-Chair of the local 40 Days for Life declares this year’s campaign is an amazing and huge success. Thank you to all the faithful who have prayed, not only those on the calendar, but the more than a hundred people who have dropped by to pray, meals provided or those who prayed at home! Sr. Beatrice of St. Stanislaus Parish, Bay City visit elderly woman before she comes to pray and discovers she is praying with the daughter of the woman! We arrived at the abortion clinic on Friday, October 5th about 12:30 pm. We were there to pray until 4pm. There were 7 abortions that morning, but there was also one great SAVE !! While the 3 of us were standing on the boulevard a van pulled up and rolled down the window. A young mother said she had some food for us and asked where to park. She explained that she can’t be at the clinic because of her 3 year old daughter, but she wanted to do something to help. So she thought she would bring us lunch, lunch? It was a hot casserole with potatoes, ham & cheese along with peach ice tea. How awesome was that??? She and her daughter stayed and had lunch with us. We were thrilled beyond belief at the thoughtfulness of this young mother. Daily Intentions
Pray that we will each submit ourselves this day as a living sacrifice to God, giving all that we have in us for those being sacrificed on the altar of lies.

Prayer for Life
God Almighty, You alone are worthy of our praise and worship. Having accepted Your Son's sacrifice on my behalf, I in turn present my body to you as a living sacrifice. Thank you for deeming me holy and acceptable because of Christ's shed blood for me.
I pray that you would use me as your vessel to rescue others who are perishing. Through Christ who is Our Glory, Amen.
