Half Way Mark - Our Lord has surely intervened!

         

We have just passed the half way mark of the 40 Days Campaign in Saginaw, Mi.  The campaign has brought a great awareness of the abortion facility in Saginaw Twp.  Traffic by the clinic had increased the first couple weeks of the campaign due to a major adjacent street being closed off.  Much support was shown by people passing by, honking of horns, thumbs up, curious individuals wanting to know what was going on.  The majority of people had no idea there was an abortion clinic in this area.  We have had many positive reinforcement from the community, below is a recap of some of our encounters:

 

• A lady stopped and gave one of our prayer warriors a hot chocolate.  
• Two ladies were pulling into the clinic parking lot, we waved and they stopped to ask what type of business this was since they saw our signs and prayer volunteers there.  We informed them this was an abortion clinic.  They were sales reps. from a local large distributor making cold calls to businesses in the area. After a lengthy discussion and dialogue, they stated, "we're not going in there, we don't want there business".  
• We have had a number of clients stop and take our "help" brochures allowing them to have information they otherwise would not receive.  
• The workers at the clinic have acknowledged us on several occasions, with a wave, or "good morning".  We always let them know we are praying for them too.
• We have witnessed a number of turnarounds on abortion days; we're almost sure they changed their mind, but didn't stop to tell, just waved, smiled and pulled out of the clinic.
