From Sept. 22nd thru Oct. 31st, San Diego County will join over 200 cities across the U.S., Canada, Australia, Northern Ireland & London - the largest 40 Days for Life Fall Campaign yet.

40 Days for Life is a focused pro-life effort that consists of:

We are praying that, with God's help, this groundbreaking effort will mark the beginning of the end of abortion in our city -- and throughout America.

Take a stand for life

While all aspects of 40 Days for Life are crucial in our effort to end abortion, the most visible component is the peaceful prayer vigil outside the local abortion facility.

Adopt-a-Day

Please contact us to "ADOPT-a-DAY"

For each round-the-clock Vigil day we need to cover 12 2-hour shifts. There needs to be a minimum of 2 persons per shift.

When a church or group adopts-a-day, the goal is to choose a day during the campaign and sign up 24 volunteers to cover all the shifts for that day.

If the group is small, signing up 12 individuals, each willing to find a friend or family member to join them at the vigil, will cover an entire day as well!

Another option would be to adopt one of the four periods of the day:
Morning (6am-12noon) - 3 shifts - 6 volunteers
Afternoon (12noon-6pm) - 3 shifts - 6 volunteers
Evening (6pm-12am) - 3 shift - 6 volunteers
Night (12am-6am) - 3 shifts - 6 volunteers
