You can participate by witnessing with us at the "Prayer Peninsula" (see details below); you can pray and fast in solidarity with our petition to God to convert hearts and rid our community of the atrocity of abortion; and or you can support our community outreach projects to bring you the facts about abortion through videos, written materials or live speakers (see "Donate" tab above). More details regarding how to get involved are available at the "Get Involved" tab above.

From September 28th through November 6th, 2011, we will be one of approximately 300 cities world-wide to be witnessing in prayer to the largest and longest pro-life mobilization in history -- the 40 Days for Life campaign. As a mid-point rally of this campaign, on October 14, 2011, Dr. Peter Kreeft will speak on "How to Change Peoples' Minds About Abortion."  The presentation will be at St. Pius in Granger, and doors will open at 6:30 p.m. We also strive to have Mass every Saturday at 8:00 a.m. in the "Prayer Garden" situated next to the "Prayer Peninsula."  We are praying that, with God's help, this groundbreaking effort will mark the beginning of the end of abortion in our city -- and throughout America and the world.   

Take a stand for life
While all aspects of 40 Days for Life, South Bend are crucial in our effort to end abortion, the most visible component is the peaceful prayer vigil. You can help make a life-saving impact by signing up (see "Vigil Schedule" tab above) or simply showing up  from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at our "Prayer Peninsula," an area we created adjacent to the entrance-way of the abortion clinic, that enables us to visibly witness to the community.
