We gathered together at Mother of God Chaldean Church to enjoy each others company and good food. We celebrated the lives saved during the campaign. Our campaign director, Mike Stack, thoughtful as always, honored Howard Weathington and Barb Yagley with special recognition. Howard received a beautiful pencil drawing of Fr. Solanus Casey, a Franciscan friar that Howard greatly admires. Barb received a beautiful plaque with words of wisdom from Mother Teresa about serving Jesus in the poorest of the poor. For who is poorer than the child in the womb threatened by abortion.
