Welcome to 40 Days for Life! Thank you for your interest in joining us in prayer.
We appreciate any time you are willing to give and encourage you to sign up for whatever hours fit your schedule, however we are particularly interested in filling the hours between 3pm and 7pm.
Our campaign is on the public right-of-way outside of Clinic 554, at the corner of Brunswick Street and Barrack Lane. Please note that Brunswick Street is a one-way street. Parking is available across the street from the clinic and also down the road near the Fredericton Boyce Farmers Market if you are willing to walk a block or so. There is currently extensive construction happening on Regent Street, so it make take some additional time to find parking and walk due to the blockages.
Clinic 554 does not appear to be receiving many patients at this time, which is an answer to many prayers. Praise God! We hope that they are closing their doors for good. However, hundreds and thousands of abortions, both medical and surgical, still take place in New Brunswick, in addition to the millions of abortions committed around the rest of the world every year. We do not live in a pro-life society. Unborn babies and their mothers need our help, our prayers, and our witness, now as much as ever. We encourage you to join us as we pray and fast simultaneously with thousands of others partipating in 40 Days for Life campaigns around the globe, and we hope that this is indeed "the beginning of the end of abortion".
We are hosting our kick-off event on Monday, September 18th from 7pm to around 8:30pm at the Knights of Columbus hall, where we will provide some additional information about the campaign, hand out some promotional materials, and listen to a guest speaker from Project Rachel who will give a talk on post-abortive healing and share some of her personal testimony. Light refreshments will be provided.
