?We had a mom show up to thank vigil participants for their love and support on a devastating day three years ago,? said Yvonne in West Covina.

She told of the day she had arrived at the abortion center in tears. One of the vigil participants saw her crying and asked if she needed help.

The woman said her doctor had just told her the child she was carrying had Down syndrome ? and the doctor said the best thing to do was to have an abortion.

?She and her family thought the doctor knew best,? Yvonne said, ?but after the love and prayer that vigil participants offered her, she decided to not have an abortion.?

But nobody knew this!

No one knew until she came back the vigil with her 3-year-old daughter. ?Mom is very happy with her daughter and loves her very much,? Yvonne said.

And that?s not all! ?The same volunteer that offered the mom love and prayers happened to be present when mom stopped at the vigil,? she said. ?What a reunion it was!?
