One of the volunteers at the 40 Days for Life vigil in California?s San Fernando Valley asked a couple entering the abortion center if she could help.

They said they were just there for information, and they walked in.

But about 20 minutes later, the man came out by himself. So the volunteer approached him again.

He said they were expecting their third child ? but his wife just didn?t think they could take care of another. He admitted he was torn, because he knew abortion was not what God wants.

The vigil participant asked about his family, and he said they had two little girls who run to meet him when he comes home from work at night.

She asked him if they?d considered aborting one of them ? or if there was one they could live without. ?No!? he gasped. ?Neither one.?

The volunteer asked him to imagine what it would be like coming home to THREE children running to hug him at the door.

That was all it took. He went back inside and got his wife ? and they both left together.

The volunteer ?felt the Holy Spirit with her during this encounter, knowing that the words she spoke were not hers,? said Patti, the local coordinator. ?A precious life was saved! Praise God ? Father, Son and Holy Spirit!?
