"You just never know how great the power of God is!"

It had snowed for three days and schools had closed. "Looking out the window about an hour before the kickoff, I was doubtful that anyone, even my team, would make it," said Sarah, the local leader in Flint.

Some of the volunteers were snowed in and couldn't get out of their neighborhoods. But when it came time for the kickoff, "to my surprise we had 26 people who braved over 14 inches of snow to come to our event!"

There was one concession to the weather, however. The kickoff was held inside. But with dedication like that, it should be an awesome campaign in Flint!
