When this journey began, most pro-life groups doubted that Congress would cut the abortion chain's $800 million taxpayer subsidy.
But 40 Days for Life launched the effort to defund Planned Parenthood in January because we saw that President Trump was eager to end federal funding to the abortion industry eight years ago.
