Notes

July 2021 Update:

Because of construction, our Prayer Vigil location has moved across N. Clippert to the East side of the street along the grassy berm adjacent to the public sidewalk near Weight Watchers.  The 10 ft "island" circle of grass around the traffic light pole is also public property, so if you feel comfortable, you can stand in that location as well.  We cannot stand in the Frandor parking lot.

Remember that our main purpose is prayer and not getting people to honk or react to our vigil presence. However, should anyone approach us, we should be ready to engage with that person in a calm and Christian manner. Please avoid confrontations or debates.  The 40 Days for Life app has a helpful section for answering questions and please have referral numbers for the local pregnancy centers.

Planned Parenthood now schedules abortions via chemical abortions throughout the week.

Parking Update:  Parking on south edge of lot near Qdoba may be unaccessible because of contruction during the summer. Park in the NW corner of the old Sears parking lot and walk over.

The Lansing area has been greatly blessed with the closing of 3 abortion clinic locations since our first 40 Days for Life campaign in 2009.  Let us continue as we ask God's intervention and mercy to close this location as well.
