Facing more than a decade in a federal penitentiary for praying in front of his local Planned Parenthood, prosecutors offered longtime 40 Days for Life participant Mark Houck a deal: Plead guilty and go free.
There was just one problem. Mark knew that pleading guilty would set a precedent incentivizing the DOJ to bully other innocent pro-lifers--like YOU--into silence.
So even though less than half a percent of federal defendants are acquitted, Mark risked it all and went to trial.
The jury needed just an hour to acquit Mark. Now, Mark is standing up for YOU again, suing the compromised DOJ to make sure governmental officials never again try to punish pro-lifers for lawfully exercising their constitutional rights.
