After the overturning of Roe, pro-choice advocates predicted that countless women would die from lack of access to abortion.
It never happened because abortion is not health care.
So instead, they tried to confuse the public into believing miscarriage care and abortion are the same thing.
Kathy in Columbia, Missouri, met a woman who said she was pro-choice because her friend took a pill used for abortion to deliver a baby she had miscarried. Kathy set the record straight.
"I told her that was not an abortion," Kathy reported. "An abortion takes the life of a LIVE baby."
The woman smiled and indicated that she would explain the difference between miscarriage care and abortion to alleviate the sorrow of her friend, who was suffering from guilt.
After converting from pro-choice to pro-life, she also agreed to pray at the Columbia 40 Days for Life vigil!

Bremerton, Washington

Pro-lifers in Bremerton organized their first 40 Days for Life campaign even before the first nationally coordinated vigil back in 2007. And they're still going strong.
40 Days for Life outreach director Ramona Trevino just visited the campaign, where she met a woman with a "spine-tingling" story.
"When she was 17 years old, she went in for an abortion," Ramona explained. "But when the nurse turned around, her face suddenly disfigured into a demonic one."
The terrified mother fled the abortion center as fast as she could and never looked back.
Orange, California

The 6:00 a.m. prayer shift can be tough for 40 Days for Life leaders to fill.
But Alejandra has it covered all 40 days of the campaign thanks in large part to students from the Santiago Retreat Center Trade School, who are covering the sunrise hour every Monday through Friday.
"Their strong and consistent prayer presence in the early morning hours is a powerful offering to the Lord and a bold witness for life," wrote longtime Orange leader Alejandra. "Showing up at dawn sends a clear message: We begin our day with prayer, asking the Lord to intervene, to soften hearts, and to protect every mother and child who will walk through those doors."

And a voice came from the heavens, saying, "This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”
--Matthew 3:17
Dear God, you are a good and gracious father. Help us to stand firm in our identity as your sons and daughters so that we might share your love with everyone we encounter. Heal the wounds caused by our shortcomings and the shortcomings of others. We pray that every parent and child might know that you love them more than anyone else in the world ever can. Amen.
