It prompts the question: Are we winning or not?

West Covina, California
An angry young woman told West Covina 40 Days for Life volunteers they should have been aborted...and then revealed why she was so angry.
She asked them whether they had any hobbies. "Yes!! Favorite hobby is saving babies!" Yvonne replied.
Suddenly, a second young woman walked right up to the first and asked why she was so angry.
The first woman shared that she wished someone had been there to save her baby. Her mother had forced her to choose: Have an abortion or leave the house.
She had never heard of Rachel's Vineyard, which offers healing after abortion. Yvonne is praying she reaches out!
Seaford, Delaware
Jim celebrated a day on which prayer warriors outnumbered clients at the Seaford abortion facility FOUR to one!
Four or five staff members were on hand that day...for a single client.
"Business [is] still bad for them; great for us," Jim wrote. "We are winning!"
Cordoba, Argentina
A woman stopped by the Córdoba 40 Days for Life vigil to thank vigil participants for helping a 14-year-old choose life!
Two years ago, the woman learned that her son's teenage girlfriend was pregnant...and the girl's mother was pressuring her to have an abortion.
So the boy's mother reached out to the pregnant young woman's mother and told her about 40 Days for Life. That explanation softened the heart of the expectant teen's mom. Soon after, both women said "yes" to life!

Lord, we pray that you might help us to look with mercy upon those who seek to advance the evil of abortion. We ask that you lead them to a sincere conversion of heart. And we pray that you might help them to see the grace imbued in every soul and embrace the beauty that every child brings to the world. Amen.
